A youth-led nonprofit organization committed to serve local communities and make local to international impacts.

Our mission at the Future Young Leaders of America (FYLA) is to inspire the youth to be active members of the community and strive to bring effective change. We focus our efforts not only locally, but on a global scale, in places like Malawi that need it most.

In working towards this philanthropic goal, we provide the youth members of FYLA with unique community service experiences that teaches them about leadership, responsibility, compassion, and more with a hands-on method. Juggling realistic positions and responsibilities, the members are well prepared to enter a life after high school with skills and tools to become people who influence the world.
